DS Whistleblowing Center
DS Whistleblowing Center is where the employees and customers of DS Navcours and suppliers,
as well as other stakeholders, can report any misconduct, unethical practices,
or questionable business practices within the company.
DS Navcours conducts fact-finding investigations on all submitted reports to verify the facts.
Measures are in place to ensure that whistleblowers can report without fear of retaliation, based on guaranteed confidentiality and identity protection.
We also welcome inquiries, suggestions, and feedback regarding ethical management, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Reportable Matters
- Acceptance (borrowing) of money, entertainment, etc.
- Abuse of power and workplace harassment
- Solicitations and unreasonable demands
- Sexual harassment, sexual violence, and immorality
- Theft, embezzlement, and misappropriation of public funds
- Conflict minerals
- Leakage of internal information
- Other violations of ethical management and practice guidelines
- Document forgery and fraudulent reporting
Reporting Method and Procedure
- Write your report according to the 5W1H method.
- You may submit your report anonymously, but this may hinder investigation due to insufficient information.
- Investigations are conducted in the following order, and results will be communicated upon conclusion:
Report received → Verify the details → Initiate an investigation → Complete the investigation → Conclude the case
If there is a risk of infringing the Company’s legitimate rights and interests, the results may not be notified.
- Reports that infringe on personal privacy or contain baseless defamation should not be filed. Any posts unrelated to ethical management may be deleted.
